Any attempt by you to try to block or stop payment of your charges due or to request a chargeback through your credit card issuer shall constitute sufficient cause forRaleighRFP.com to cancel you account.
Cancellation by User With or Without Cause
You have the right to cancel your account at anytime by notifying RaleighRFP.com of your desire to do so. Upon your notification, RaleighRFP.com will confirm your cancellation request in writing to your email address on file and your cancellation will not be effective unless and until RaleighRFP.com so confirms it in writing. Until you receive RaleighRFP.com’ confirmation of your cancellation request, it remains your obligation to continue to notify RaleighRFP.com of your request in order to complete your cancellation.
Once your cancellation is effective, you shall not owe RaleighRFP.com any further payments and RaleighRFP.com shall stop your account from automatically charging your credit card. RaleighRFP.com shall deactivate your account at the end of your then current term. You agree that this is the only manner in which you can cancel your account and that your cancellation is not effective until you receive written confirmation from RaleighRFP.com that we have processed your cancellation request.
